Before ANY returns are made, please contact us to see if we can help you with the item in question. Returns require a return authorization number that must be plainly displayed on the outside of the return package. If any product is sent without this number, it will be refused. Don’t make us refuse the items you’re hoping to return.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns of live plant material. We are unable to accept returns on live plant material because they would never make the return trip back to us. So make sure the items you purchase are the items you want. We will accept returns on durable goods such as tools and planting containers. The customer is responsible for return postage on all returns.
